Food and Wines for me are art forms which encapsulate different culture and heritage of the world we live in. This is my humble efforts to share what I have experienced in my travels —beautiful local produce, their creators and stories from our friends across the borders.
I am blessed to have lived in some amazing places in the world; each of them struck a chord with me and gave me a glimpse of the local way of life. Hong Kong where I came from; England where I spent my formative years; China and the U.S. where I have lived and worked as a corporate lawyer on cross-border transactions for 17+ years. When I travel for pleasure I like to tread the unbeaten path—whether it is attending cooking schools in Bangkok and London, or exploring wine regions in China and beyond. I hold a WSET Diploma with a scholarship from Concha y Toro, I am a CMS Certified Sommelier, French wine scholar and a Coffee Master with Starbucks!
